Carnegie Bosch Institute for Applied Studies in International Management in Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business is a recognized crossroads where business people and academics as well as experts from non-profit organizations exchange views and perspectives on timely issues related to international management, business, and global society. It is the place where insights, learning, and experience are shared for immediate as well as higher purposes. It is the place where knowledge is generated and relationships emerge.

Participants in our activities share insights and learnings that may be based on their own research and experience or which are external to their own scope of experience and expertise. Thus they put their views into a wider context. They look beyond their own domain in order to thrive on cross-discipline approaches rather than looking inside to further optimize functional skills and narrow expertise. To facilitate this type of exchange, Carnegie Bosch Institute identifies the most relevant current topics and key people that should be brought together.
